Good Luck
Good Luck is about a store of luck, chances, surprises, and mysteries with collectibles, mystery boxes, and surprise boxes. It meant gambling or betting on your chances of luck when using the products. Good Luck wishes you good luck on your bet, purchase, and consumption. It is shrouded in mystery and elements of surprise. My work explores the psychological aspect of betting your luck or chances on a product or result. My interest in manifestation, luck, and collectibles was my source of inspiration and the driving force of my thesis. Good Luck plays with colors, type, illustration, and package design. Throughout my thesis, I found myself understanding my own interruption of luck and manifestation. The goal is to create an engaging, playful experience that evokes curiosity and hope, encouraging consumers to seek luck amid surprises and thrills. Why do we rely on luck when purchasing products or when we hope for an outcome that will make us thrilled? What does it mean to bet away on luck? What does it mean for us to hope on chance? Why do we rely on luck?
