Bio
Ellie Churchill is a graduate of Maine College of Art & Design (MECA&D) with a bachelors in painting (forthcoming 2026). Residing in Portland, Maine, she is known for creating un-serious, accessible, and quirky medium to large scale paintings about internet culture and the social programming that comes out of it. Churchill is currently blending the digital and the tactile through painting on screens through different eras and exploring what it means to be an artist this deep into the information age.
