Off The Deep End

Off The Deep End is a deeply personal piece of work inspired by the deliberate action a pet owner must take to free their pet from their suffering. At the crux of it, it is more about that agency than the grief itself. Inspired by classic Disney movie The Fox And The Hound (1981), every part of the film exemplifies and amplifies the artist’s hand in an attempt to connect back to traditional animation. It is a love letter to our animal companions, and a nod to the pain we all must experience when our pets’ time is up.
